At Fuzzy Bears we aim to provide childcare that fun for all.
We specialise in breakfast and after school care. After over 4 years of caring for early years children and school children together we have made the decision to focus whole heartedly on school age children, providing care and entertainment aim for that specific age group.
We have a semi-detached house with a large garden, which houses a trampoline, swing set, football goal and plenty of space for other activities and running around.
Moving inside; we recently extended the rear of the home to give more space for the use of plenty of activities, including arts and crafts, fancy dress, books, PC for research and home work, and much more...
We instil basic morals and rules; be kind to each other, remember our manners, and respect each other and other things.
We understand that every child is unique and have their own needs and requirements, which is why we work hard at building positive relationships. We work alongside parents to enrich the home from home experience.
Joe has been caring for children on and off for most of his life, he has three considerably younger siblings, that he helped bring up, but has been qualified for over 4 years to help care for others. His strengths are DIY, sports and movies. When he's not caring for children after school he is an assistant coach for a local football team over the weekend.
Nic joined Joe after just a couple of months realising what fun could be had from caring for children. Nic loves home baking, making someone a birthday cake is Nic's speciality. Teaching children how to play new games is also one of Nic's strong points. She loves interacting with the children and maybe even learning a thing or two from them.
